Job Responsibilities:
1. The client is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and improvement of CMP equipment on site;
2. The client ensures the normal operation of the company's CMP equipment and quickly resolves mechanical, electrical, and software issues encountered during equipment operation;
3. Carefully record the problems in the equipment, classify and organize them, and provide feedback to the R&D, design, and production departments;
4. Communicate with customers about the operation of equipment and promptly understand and receive customer feedback information;
5. Participate in designing improvement plans, evaluate the quality of equipment components, compare with international advanced equipment, and actively propose solutions;
6. Responsible for providing technical training to clients and sharing work experience with colleagues.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical, mechatronics, automation, electrical engineering or other science and engineering fields;
2. Strong problem-solving ability, with 5 years or more of relevant CMP work experience;
3. Likes the semiconductor industry and can adapt to long-term business trips;
4. Strong ability to work under pressure, with good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
5. Have good professional ethics and do not disclose company secrets.
