Job Description:

1、 Job Responsibilities:

1. Can adapt to business trips;

2. Assist the supervisor in completing the inspection related work of the 12 inch CMP equipment;

3. Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and assist in completing various EC settings for the equipment;

4. Responsible for creating, testing, and optimizing client product programs based on customer needs;

5. Responsible for grinding and data collection of STR, MSTR and other stages of client products, and assisting clients in writing relevant reports;

6. Responsible for assisting customers in identifying the root cause of any abnormalities in the production of client devices, proposing improvement suggestions and resolving them, and writing relevant reports;

7. Regularly communicate with customers about the process situation, timely understand and receive customer feedback information, and provide timely feedback on improvement plans;

8. Responsible for the conversion of client machine processes, assisting clients in developing conversion plans, and assisting the after-sales department in completing process conversions to ensure smooth product production;

9. Client process window data collection: Based on customer requirements, develop testing conditions, collect relevant data, and write reports.

2、 Qualifications for the position:

1. Outgoing personality and strong communication skills;

2. Strong sense of responsibility, diligent and meticulous in work;

3. Relevant work experience is preferred;

4. Bachelor's degree or above, accepting fresh graduates;
